Shipping times vary depending on your order and the country you are in but below are our typical delivery timelines to give you an idea of when you should expect your package.  

Order processed within 24-48 hours.

Delivery expected within in 10-14 Days.

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We must then receive your returned items within 14 days of your return request for your refund to be approved.
• Items must be returned unused and in the original condition and packaging.
• If an item is returned damaged your refund may be refused or the value to be returned reduced.
• The cost of shipping the returned item to us must be covered by yourself.
• Please include your name and order number in the return package.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service with adequate insurance for high value returns.
• Please note that all returned items must be sent to our United Kingdom returns address.  Our customer service team can provide the appropriate address.  Please contact us here and we will help with everything.
